Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Flush engine, radiator, and heater core in both directions. Bring antifreeze to -35 degrees. PH balance coolant to between 9.8 to 10.5. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Bleed air from cooling system and fill coolant.
CLEANED AND LUBED CALIPER SLIDE SURFACES; FREED, CLEANED, AND LUBED CALIPER PINS; REMOVED ROTORS, CLEANED ROTOR MOUNTING SURFACES, REPLACED PADS AND ROTORS, ROAD-TESTED VEHICLE.

Here is the list of everything wrong that affects inspection: rear brakes with calipers, front wipers torn, left rear coil spring broken, power steering line leaking at rack, cords showing in rear tires, left front outer tie rod loose, front K frame has holes, R/F tire at wear bars. Bad items that don't affect inspection: tire light on, rockers rotted away (could not lift vehicle properly), left plate light out, no rear wiper arm, serpentine belt cracked, left front sway bar link broken, left front control arm bushing cracked, left rear differential axle seal leaking, right front ball joint loose, transmission cooler line rotted, front brakes at 4mm and rotors peeling, exhaust needs flex pipe between converter and resonator, blend door in dash clicking. Found no coolant leaks, so it's probably leaking into the engine & mixing with the oil. We did nothing other than look it over, didn't even do the oil change. It's not worth putting any money into this car per several opinions of us here.
