- Diagnostic codes are P0171 lean mixture, P0301 cylinder 1 misfire, P0304 cylinder 4 misfire, P0442 evap leak, P0456 large evap leak. Needs fuel injection service to correct the lean code $175. Needs tune up to correct misfire codes $400. Needs fuel delivery module to correct evap codes $1,520 (have to drop and re-install fuel tank). Red brake light on due to clogged fluid level sensor – fluid is extremely contaminated, needs to be flushed and filled $130. May have timing chain issues but no way to tell until other work is done and car is driven a few hundred miles to see if codes come back (that would be a $2,000 repair). Customer did not want to fix, paid for diagnostic time and removed vehicle from our premises.
